- 1 tbsp. Kosher salt
- 2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus extra
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- your choice dressing for dipping
