Slow Cooker Cinnamon Pecan Dump Cake
Ingredients:
- 18 oz. sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- caramel sauce for garnish
Directions:
Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Whisk together sour cream, milk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
Stir in flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and pecans.
Spoon into slow cooker.
Cook on low for 2 ½ to 3 hours until middle is set.
Remove slow cooker liner and cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Loosen sides of the cake, remove from slow cooker, cool completely.
Drizzle with caramel sauce, serve, and enjoy!
