Fajitas are the perfect dinnertime solution for the family any day of the week. I prefer to cook fajitas on the weekend on the grill, but there are times that I like to have them as a meal during the week.
Chicken, Pork, and Beef Fajitas
Use the oven this week and create these delicious and chili lime seasoned beef fajitas on a sheet pan!
This recipe is easy to prepare. Simply gather up the spices, cut up a few fresh vegetables, and you’ll have a yummy dinner in about 30 minutes!
Sheet Pan Chili Lime Beef Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 1 lb thinly sliced fajita or stir fry beef strips
- 1 each – yellow, green, orange, and red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 red onion, cut into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon dry minced onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ⅓ cup lime juice
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Place on large cookie sheet or shallow pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
