Instant Pot Mac and Cheese
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 16 oz elbow noodles
- 4 cups water
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz shredded fontina cheese
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper

Directions:
Place elbow noodles and water into the Instant Pot liner.
Stir and lock the lid into position.
Set the vent to sealing and press Manual for 4 minutes.
Once the Instant Pot timer beeps, release pressure and remove the lid.
If there is water left, you can strain it carefully.
Stir in evaporated milk and butter until melted.
Slowly stir in shredded cheeses until melted.
Add seasonings and stir.
Serve immediately.
