Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- If you want it spicy (add some cayenne!)
Instructions:
Add the butter and hot sauce to a pan.
Place over medium heat and once the butter melts, add in the vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Stir to combine.
Once it simmers remove from heat.
