Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 15.25 oz can of corn
- 5.6 oz package chicken flavor rice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
Add chicken to the crockpot and sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
Add soup to the crockpot.
Cover, and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
Add rice and corn.Cover, and cook on high for 20 minutes.
Top with cheese, cover and let set for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
