    Ingredients:

    Crumble Topping:

    • ¼ cup all purpose flour
    • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • ½ tsp. cinnamon
    • dash of salt
    • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces

    Apple and Blueberry Filling:

    • 2 small Granny Smith apples, chopped into 1 inch pieces
    • ¾ cup blueberries
    • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
    • ½ tbsp. lemon juice
    • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
    • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
    • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
    • dash of salt
    • ½ cup water
    • 1 cup water

    Directions:

    In a small bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter.

    Use a fork or pastry blender to combine ingredients until it is a crumble.

    Place in the refrigerator until needed.

    Spray a small corning ware dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    Add in butter, lemon juice, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and stir.

    Toss in apples and blueberries until well coated.

    Pour in ½ cup water.

    Sprinkle evenly with crumb topping.

    Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot liner.

    Place the corning ware dish into the liner.
